• How We Manage Risk

    We conduct comprehensive risk assessments of our business relationships to understand our customers and identify any increased risks of money laundering or terrorist financing.

    Training

    Staff receive regular training on anti-money laundering legislation to ensure they understand their responsibilities.

    Auditing

    We perform regular internal audits to ensure Customer Due Diligence (CDD) measures are properly conducted.

  • Customer Identification and Verification

    We require identification and proof of address for all customers, including beneficial owners. We may also request information on the source or destination of funds.

  • Acceptable Identity Documents

    For Individuals

    • One document from List A (Identity Documents)
    • One document from List B (Proof of Address)

    List A – Identity Documents

    • Current signed passport
    • Valid UK driving licence
    • EEA identity card

    List B – Proof of Address

    • Bank or credit statements (within 3 months)
    • Utility or phone bills (within 6 months)
    • Tenancy agreement, council tax bill, etc.
  • Additional Requirements for Representatives

    Estate Representatives

    • Grant of Probate or Letter of Administration
    • Identity documents (Lists A & B)

    Limited & Offshore Companies

    • Certificate of Incorporation
    • Articles of Association
    • Annual Return
    • Beneficial Owner identity documents

    Trusts

    • Trust deed
    • List of trustees/beneficiaries
    • Identity documents (Lists A & B)
  • Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

    EDD applies to high-risk jurisdictions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and complex or unusual transactions.

  • Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR)

    Suspicious activity is reported to the MLRO or Deputy MLRO, who decides if a report should be submitted to the NCA.

  • Record Keeping

    We retain CDD records for a minimum of five years. Data is stored electronically and used solely for AML purposes.
