Staff receive regular training on anti-money laundering legislation to ensure they understand their responsibilities.
We perform regular internal audits to ensure Customer Due Diligence (CDD) measures are properly conducted.
We require identification and proof of address for all customers, including beneficial owners. We may also request information on the source or destination of funds.
EDD applies to high-risk jurisdictions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and complex or unusual transactions.
Suspicious activity is reported to the MLRO or Deputy MLRO, who decides if a report should be submitted to the NCA.
We retain CDD records for a minimum of five years. Data is stored electronically and used solely for AML purposes.
